Adjumani-The hospital staff at Adjumani hospital have received new staff houses to save them from renting houses outside the hospital quarters.
The construction of the staff houses at Adjumani hospital quarters was funded by United Nation High Commissioner for Refugees under the first Refugees Host Community Empowerment Project (REHOP) that has been implemented by the Adjumani district local government.
Moses Dalil, the deputy chief administrative officer Adjumani district, said the construction of the staff house now takes to 44 per cent the level of staff accommodation in the health department.
James Leku the Adjumani district local council five chairpersons said now that the commissioning of the staff house is done but what is remaining is the installation of the solar panel in the hospital.
The project that costs Shs 100 million is to allow the staff live decently. The construction was done by ARC construction Company.
