Arua-Onduparaka missed a golden chance to humiliate KCCA for the second time at Green Light Betway stadium in a thrilling match on Tuesday.
Caeser Okhuti missed to convert the golden chance in a one-on-one with KCCA goalkeeper, Charles Lukwago in the added time. KCCA got their early goal through a former prolific striker, Muhammad Shaban in the opening seventh minute of first half.
After Shaban scored the goal, he did not celebrate the goal against his former Club, that he controversially left at the start of this season. Last season, Onduparaka beat KCCA at Green Light Stadium.

If Okhuti converted the chance, Onduparaka would have won by 2-1 after Vianne Ssekajugo, whose goals have of recent become crucial in earning points for Onduparaka came in handy after his equalizer.
The Coach of KCCA, Mike Mutebi said: “The general play was good by both teams however the officiation is still a suspect by the assistant referees made mistakes. But this is not an excuse because we were leading and lost it.”

Although the Coach of Onduparaka, said Simeon Masaba: “KCCA came to collect three points but this has been a good result for us. And KCCA is fighting for retaining the championship but I am happy we attained a point from this game.”
He added: “It depends on the board members to appoint me as fulltime but I am working to ensure that we win the remaining games.”
Though this time KCCA earned a point at Betway, the memories were still fresh of the humiliation KCCA meted to Onduparaka in Kampala in a 7-0 goal thriller. The fans who thronged the Green Light Stadium ended with partying till late in the night as they celebrate the draw.
