About West Nile Press

We are a team of professional Journalists who have formed the Association for the common good of ensuring justice and professionalism prevails in the media fraternity in the West Nile sub-region.

We transformed from the West Nile Association of Journalists (WAJ) formed in 2003 to West Nile Press Association (WENPA) in 2012.

We have a membership of over 150 from Pakwach, Nebbi, Zombo, Madi Okollo, Arua district, Arua City, Terego, Maracha, Koboko, Yumbe, Obongi, Moyo and Adjumani districts.

Our headquarter is located in Arua Central Division, Arua City. To coordinate our activities, we have set up coordinators in the districts like Nebbi, covering districts of Zombo and Pakwach. And Obongi, Moyo and Adjumani districts.
