- The game ended in a one all draw after the normal 90 minutes

Arua- Onduparaka FC on Tuesday evening beat struggling Sc Villa in a penalty to qualify for finals of the Pilsner Super 8 tournament.
Onduparaka first scored through Kabon Living a.k.a Messi in a powerful header from Gadafi Wahab’s free kick in 35 minutes of first half. As the game progressed into second half, in the 85th minute, SC Villa scored after Savio Kabugo tapped in from a free kick outside the edge of 18, in what Oduparaka coach described as poor defending of the free kick.
While addressing the press, SC Villa Coach, Mr Samson Kirya, said: “I am not disappointed because we are trying to put a team as it was almost disbanded. Anybody can miss a penalty. The opponents gave us a very good game. We have lost an opportunity to play a competitive game as we build the team.”

The game ended 5-4 in favour of Onduparaka after Kenneth Sebuliba missed the penalty. Vianne, Onduparaka player who won Man of the Match was given Shs 100,000 as it was handed over by Padyere County MP, Mr Anywarach Joshua.
Asked whether the loss could be attributed to the changes in management at the club, Kirya said: “I do not think we have administrative crisis, we have an interim committee. And that is politics. But football being what it is, you can get one of the three results. We just started three weeks ago to build the team.”
The new Coach for Onduparaka, who had his debut in a competitive game, Mr Asaph Mwebaze, said: “We didn’t expect to get into penalties. We conceded a free kick which we defended badly. We will definitely train very hard to bring the trophy home. The challenge is now can we go top of the Premier League because they finished fourth and fifth in the last two seasons.”
Vianne Ssekajugo won man of the match and said they would work as a team to play better football in the finals and the Premier League.
