Okhuti reverses decision, signs for Onduparaka Fc

Arua City. Onduparaka Football Club Veteran Striker, Samson Caesar Okhuti has reversed his earlier decision of retirement to continue with the club for this season.
According to a statement from the club, Okhuti would retain his position as a Coach Player in order to fight for the return to the Uganda Premier League (UPL). Onduparaka FC, currently playing the Big League after relegation two seasons ago, is working hard to return.
“The veteran striker believes there is still more to play for in the coming season aiming at taking the Club back to the UPL and also grabbing the top scoring position and have a befitting send off.”
He retains his position as a Coach player But hopes to focus more on the pitch to ensure the target is fully achieved.

Meanwhile, long serving versatile defender, Adriko Gasper Alex, Workaholic Mayanja Davis, Creative Andaman Junior and lanky Defender Simba Sabir have all renewed their contracts with us for two more years.
The Veteran Striker
Caesar Okhuti (born 7 October 1990) is a Ugandan coach and retired footballer. He captained Arua Hill Sports Club from the FUFA Big League to the Ugandan Premier League in 2021.
Okhuti was part of the promoted Onduparaka FC team in 2016. He once played for Express and KCCA FC but was loaned back to Onduparaka FC for the 2016/17 season.
He won the league with Bunamwaya SC in 2010 and KCCA FC in 2016. He retired from professional football on 17 August 2021.
